Public Meetings

Members of the public have the opportunity to attend meetings of the Parish Council. Please see our meetings calendar for meeting dates and further details.

Speaking as a member of the public at meetings

At our full Council meetings there is an opportunity for public to speak on any agenda item for that meeting, normally for 3 minutes per speaker, to a maximum of 15 minutes total for all speakers.

The Chair of the meeting may invite the public to speak at other times during the meeting i.e. at particular agenda items.
