Nature Discovery Days

The First Nature Discovery Day on 24th July 2022
The first Nature Discovery Day on 24th July which attracted over 100 people to 5 different intergenerational events and activities. The timetable included -
9am - Moth identification.
10 – 10:30am – Short nature walk from the church yard (all ages welcome).
11 – 12pm – Longer nature walk from the church yard (for older children and adults).
2 - 4pm – Activities and nature walks at the village hall.
8 - 10pm – Bat detecting, wine and cheese in the Churchyard.

The Autumn Watch Nature Day on 22nd October include activities in the church, including a local nature photography display, the award of the Bin Twin Community certificate, a litter pick and a cheese and wine evening, featuring local wines and cheeses.
