Local Heritage Assets

The ENC Planning Policy team has produced a list of (non-statutory) Local Heritage Assets (LHA) in the district. The adopted Neighbourhood Development Plan requires that these LHA are treated as a material consideration in any plans for development.

CC1 – Church House, Caldecott Road

CC2 – Former School and School House, Caldecott Road

CC3 – 2 The Green

CC4 – The White House, Kimbolton Road

CC5 – Middle Farm House, High Street

CC6 – Star and Garter Public House, High Street
