As well as the Union flag on the parish flagpole and bunting, the team also set up pots of tulips (donated by Bloms Bulbs) around the parish at the 305th BG war memorial, St John's church, Chelston Rise and the village hall.

On Sunday 7th May, the Events Team organised a community picnic, as part of the "Coronation Big Lunch", in the paddock behind the Village Hall. Luckily the weather was dry and sunny!

The picnic registered on the national Coronation events map.
