Bridleways

Bridleways are the rights of way (usually across private land) that run through the countryside between villages and other places. There are three bridleways in the parish. There is a link to the NNC interactive mapping site below.

The footpaths & bridleways are maintained by NNC Rights of Way Dept, who are advised by the local Parish Path Warden, Mr Ray Dyer, of any problems. All footpaths and bridleways are waymarked either by a green signpost (sometimes called finger posts) or a white disk with an arrow.

The Parish Council monitors the public footpaths & bridleways for the NNC Rights of Way team and has the power of veto on "Stopping Up" orders.
